LAKE CROSSING : Route Puerto Montt – Bariloche

 

 

 

DAY 01

 

08.00 Hrs    : Departure from Puerto Montt to Puerto Varas

08.30 Hrs   : Puerto  Varas to Petrohue, bordering Lake Llanquihue with a fantastic view of Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. Visit to Vicente Perez Rosales National Park which features Petrohue Falls.

10.30 Hrs      : Arrival at Petrohue. Free time to stroll around.

11.00 Hrs    : Departure    to Peulla, sailing through Todos Los Santos Lake enjoying an even more spectacular view of Osorno Volcano, Puntiagudo and Tronador Hills.

13.00 Hrs      : Arrival at Peulla, ecological town, paradise of nature lovers. Optional lunch. Free time to have walk around. Accommodation and dinner at Hotel Peulla.

 

 

DAY 02

 

09.00 Hrs    : Departure by bus to Puerto Frías, Chilean   Customs Point. Cross the Andes Mountain Range at approx. 976 meters above sea level and continue down the winding road that leads to Puerto Frias. Cruise on Frias Lake to Puerto Alegre.

11.30 Hrs      :   Arrival at Puerto Blest. Visit to Cantaros Falls. Optional lunch.

16.30 Hrs      : Departure from Puerto Blest on the last cruise to Puerto Pañuelo. Upon arrival, board the bus that will take you on the last stretch to Bariloche, Argentina, a city that beckons tourist all-year round with its wide variety of ski resorts, shop, hotels. Restaurants and entertaining nightlife.

19.30 Hrs     :    Arrival at Bariloche. End of our services .

 

SPRING - SUMMER / September 1 to April 30 (2007)
One day cruise

8:00 a.m          :  Departure from Puerto Montt, following the same itinerary with the exception of visit to Cantaros Falls. Arrival at Bariloche aprox. 21.30hrs.

 

Notes:

Overnight: The Lake crossing trip Puerto Varas to Bariloche and vice versa
can be interrupted in both ways, staying more than one night, and continue
on the following day at the scheduled time.

Cruce de Lagos: timetable is referential. Weather conditions and the number
of passengers may cause changes in the schedule.
